To be eligible for membership in this school, candidates must have been in attendance for a period equivalent to one semester. To be academically eligible, candidates must be members of the 7th or 8th grade class. These candidates shall have a minimum cumulative scholastic average of 96.00 (to two decimal places, unrounded). Their eligibility for membership shall then be evaluated according to their service, leadership, and character. Service qualifications will be evaluated from participation. Service includes contributions made to the school and community which are done with or on behalf of others without any direct financial or material compensation to the individual performing the service. Besides a minimum cumulative grade point average of 96.00, a student must demonstrate leadership ability in school or the community. Candidates must demonstrate character.
